Odds and Ends

     The scene below struck me as so odd that I had to photograph it.  I went as far as to use Photoshop to make the picture clearer.
     The sign says, "Path of Learning Encouragement," and it bears an arrow pointing down a narrow lane.  Take a look a little ways down the lane, and you'll see another arrow signifying that it's a one-way street, and that you're not allowed to go that way.
     Is that the way things work?  You're shown the way to learning encouragement, but you're forbidden to go that way.  Hmm.
